Onboarding Process: Completing Your Registration
Congratulations on successfully registering with Partners Portal! However, your journey has just begun. To ensure a seamless experience and access to our platform's full functionalities, here's what you need to do next:
Document Upload
- Ways to Upload Documents:
- Notification Bar: Keep an eye on the notification bar at the top of your screen. You can upload documents directly from there, making the process quick and convenient.
- My Company Profile: Alternatively, navigate to "My Company Profile" and select the "Documents" tab. You can upload documents from this section as well.
2. Mandatory Documents: You are required to upload three mandatory documents. These documents are essential for verifying your identity and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Optional Documents: Additionally, you have the option to upload three additional documents. While these documents are not mandatory, they may provide valuable information to enhance your profile.
Document Verification
- Admin Review: After uploading your documents, our Partners Portal administrators will review them. If everything meets our requirements, your documents will be approved within three business days.
- Approval Notification: Once your documents are approved, you will receive an email notification confirming that your company status has been changed to "Activated." This status enables you to proceed with booking freights on our platform.
- Document Rejection: In the event that your documents do not meet our requirements, an Admin user will contact you. They will inform you of the necessary adjustments or additional documents needed to complete the verification process.
Additional Information
- New User Setup: While waiting for document verification, you can start setting up new users within your organization. Assign roles and permissions as needed to streamline operations.
2. Available Roles: Partners Portal offers various roles, each with specific permissions and responsibilities. Familiarize yourself with these roles to optimize user management within your organization.
3. Bank Details: You can add or update your bank details within your profile settings. This ensures smooth transactions and payment processing when booking and managing freights.
While you are here you can also add you Billing email address and your website if you have one.
4. Language Settings: Customize your language preferences in the profile section to ensure a personalized experience on Partners Portal.
