Types of Notifications
1. In-Platform Notifications
In-platform notifications can be found in the "Notification" sidebar. This feature provides you with:
- Short Info: A brief overview of the notification content.
- Date: The date the notification was sent.
- Link to Freight: A direct link to the relevant freight details.
To access your in-platform notifications, simply click on the "Notification" icon in the sidebar
2. Email Notifications
We also send notifications via email, which are more detailed compared to in-platform notifications.
Managing Your Notifications
You have the ability to customize your notification preferences. Here’s how you can manage them:
- Go to Your Profile: Click on my profile icon on the side bar.
- Notification Settings: Navigate to the notification settings section.

Toggle Notifications: Here, you can choose which notifications you'd like to receive. You can turn off certain notifications if you find them unnecessary.
Important Notifications
While you have the flexibility to manage most notifications, please note that some notifications are mandatory and cannot be turned off. These notifications are crucial for:
- Account Security: Alerts related to account security and login attempts.
- Freight Updates: Critical updates regarding your freight and logistics.
- Invoice Information: Detailed invoice information with attachments.

Troubleshooting Email Issues
- Check Spam and Noreply Folders: If you don't receive the email to create your password, please check your Spam and Noreply folders in your email inbox.
- Company Security Settings: Email delivery may be affected by your company's security settings. If you suspect this is the case, try adding Partners Portal's domain: partners.everwest.net to your email whitelist.
