Booking freight is just the beginning of the process. To streamline operations and save time, we collect all freight-related data in the "Freight Details" section. We ask our carriers to complete the following tasks:
Tasks for Carriers
1. Add Truck and Trailer Plate Numbers
Please input the truck and trailer plate numbers associated with the freight. This ensures accurate tracking and record-keeping.
In case then you need to change plate numbers , you can edit them by clicking 3 dots in top right corner and "Edit vehicle and driver"
2. Add ETA for Loading/Unloading
In order to help all parties involved to plan accordingly and manage schedules effectively you have to add ETA for loading and unloading locations. You can do it in Freight details -> Locations and events -> next to ETA "Change"
Provide the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for locations where its possible, you can add comment with information related to ETA
You can edit ETA anytime until truck arrived to location
3. Add Carrier Freight Number
Enter your internal carrier freight number.
This number will appear on invoices and can be used for filtering and tracking purposes within your company.
4. Add Factual Carrier
If you have booked the freight but are using another carriers truck which has been added to your subcontractors list press Add Factual Carrier
When choose carrier company from list drop down
5. Update location status
Change the location status according the situation (arrived, loaded, unloaded, etc. )
6. Add Extra Charges
If there are any additional charges incurred, there is possibility to add them in the freight details -> Extra charges section.
Add as much information as possible, there is possibility to upload files as well, this will help Admin to make solution faster
After charge confirmed you will receive confirmation email as well as invoice attached
7. Add/Download Freight Documents
Upload and download all relevant freight documents, such as orders and shipping papers. Keeping these documents organized in one place helps in easy access and reference.

8. Add Comments and Change Responsible Person
You can leave comments or notes regarding the freight, and if necessary, change the responsible person for better communication and management.
Leaving Comments in Freight Details
Here’s how to leave a comment:
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the freight details page. Select "Add Comment" from the dropdown menu.
Enter your comment in the provided field.
Change Responsible person
In case you have booked freight but another manager going to manage it, you have possibility to change responsible person, in this case he will receive all the notifications
History Tab
The History tab in the Freight Details section keeps a record of all the activities mentioned above. This provides a comprehensive view of the freight's progress and any updates made.
