Primary Communication Channels
Email and Phone number
The main sources of communication will be via email and phone. You can always check the email address and phone number of the responsible person in the Freight details section -> Shipper window . These methods are reliable and ensure you can reach the right person directly and promptly.
Leaving Comments in Freight Details
In addition to direct communication channels, you can also leave comments within the Freight details on Partners Portal . This feature allows you to ask questions or provide additional information related to a specific freight.
Here’s how to leave a comment:
- Navigate to Freight Details: Go to the freight about which you want to ask or provide information.
- Access the Comment Section: Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the freight details page. Select "Add Comment" from the dropdown menu.
3. Add Your Comment: Enter your comment in the provided field.4. Submit Your Comment: Once you’ve written your comment, submit it. Your comment will appear in the "History" section of the freight details.
Viewing Comments
After you submit a comment, it will be visible in the History section of the relevant freight details. This ensures that all communication related to the freight is centralized and accessible to all relevant parties.
